"It’s difficult to decide whether to classify productions like this as theatre, but that breadth of potential should be an incentive to get them under theatre’s umbrella before some other medium claims them as its own."

This is very funny! I'm trying to anticipate which medium will suddenly rush to claim it...
As the experience relies completely on you being bodily present (touch being one of the key 'media' being employed) we can probably be sure it will always be thought of as a live art. I can envisage theatre as a 'medium' (and those who write about it) eventually embracing this idea as its axis, rather than text / institution / auditorium. Really enjoying your articles opening up this kind of thinking, Matt.

I thought this show was quite extraordinary. Wish I had time to write properly about it, but overal I thought it was one of the most accomplished and particular visions (in a more than visual sense) I've shared for a long time in the THEATRE (any theatre). Definately a fan of L&S - their passing, unrelated and brilliant little event in the 'extra' room given to invited artists during Punchdrunk's Masque of the Red Death (or just 'Death' for short) was what saved the evening for me, quite brilliant.

Thoroughly enjoyed this installation / production. I liked it's personal (solo) and immersive nature, and I found the psychological conditioning of the audio guide fascinating! Well worth it and would love to see more of this calibre!
