In November 2008, director/dramaturg Jens Peters, wrote a series of articles on productions he saw at the Marjanishvili State Drama Theatre (Tiblisi, Georgia) as part of their 80th anniversary celebration and a precursor of the Internantional Festival to be held in Tiblisi in 2009. Jens’ approach to the work was detailed and critical, and soon developed a leitmotif throughout: the search for artistic vision.
