Theatre in Pictures runs an open submissions policy and encourages contributions that challenge visual perceptions and representations of performance across the widest range of disciplines. From the performance of architecture and design to documentary photography, from time lapse montages to polaroid snapshots, the blog is here to support your work. The main criteria for accepted submissions are as follows:

- All submissions must be related to an aspect of theatre and performance (in the broadest sense of the terms).
- Submissions should include no less than 5 and no more than 30 photos related to a chosen theme.
- Minimum landscape width: 980px @ 300dpi.
- Minimum portrait width: 480px @ 300dpi.
